* Because we strive on getting your order to you as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once submitted.
* For your protection against fraud, billing and shipping address must match.
* Once your order is received, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Processing days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and all major holidays.
* Once payment has processed and cleared, your order will ship. Please allow 5-8 business days in total to receive your order.
* When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information will become available after 24 hours. If you don’t receive an email after 24 hours, check your spam folder then email customer service
* All packages are shipped via USPS. Please contact USPS for tracking status as we will not be held liable once order has been shipped. Inclement weather could impact shipping times.
* If there is a problem with your order, or if you have any additional questions, please email customer service and our team will work diligently to resolve your inquiry.
* We understand there may be a case in which you may need to exchange your order. We are more than happy to accommodate eligible exchanges of equal or greater value. Customer must submit an exchange request via email within 3 days of receiving order. Failure to adhere to this time frame, forfeits any exchange.
* Customer must email customer service for an exchange authorization number (EA#) as exchanges will not be accepted without this information.
* Due to hygienic reasons, we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. This includes but not limited to cut, washed, combed, brushed, dyed, bleached or otherwise altering of said product from its original state.
* All exchanges must be returned in its original packaging including but not limited to bundle wraps, tags, and/or seals. If any of the aforementioned has been altered, the customer understands this voids any eligible exchange.
* For your protection, we suggest that all exchanges be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all applicable return shipping fees.
* No return/exchange on lashes.
* After receipt of your exchange, please allow 3-4 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation with further instructions once your exchange has been finalized.
* We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we determine the product does not meet our criteria.
